Join me on One Week: Creating a Life and Business I love being in and near San Jose, Costa Rica. The last 10 weeks have flown by, and my time and travel to Costa Rica is coming to an end! I am planning to come back in July 2021.

The area in and near San Jose, Costa Rica is great to discover more about Costa Rica, as well as find many options as an entrepreneur, digital nomad, and traveler around the world.

During my first week in and near the area, not only did I create and scale a life and business I love, but I visited Avenida Escazu, Sin Domicilio Fijo, and experienced an incredible foodie experience in Escazu, Costa Rica.

Whether I created a life and business I love or experienced adventures, I grew in countless ways.

Creating a Life and Business I Love:

In Week 10, I continued my experience and stay with my Airbnb in Escazu, Costa Rica: Joyeria Emilia Rodriguez. Escazu is about 10-15 min away from San Jose, Costa Rica downtown.

I picked Emilia's Airbnb because of her amazing outdoor space, private rooms, and rave reviews including going above and beyond with hospitality in every way. I have loved my stay!

This week, I got to experience Cocina Elektica (Eclectic Kitchen) thanks to Emilia's recommendation twice with Emilia and a third time with another Airbnb guest, Anna! She recommended Hacienda La Chimba as well!

One Week near and in San Jose, Costa Rica: Week 10

If you have followed my Creating a Life and Business You Love series, you know I spent my first month in La Fortuna, Costa Rica at Dragon Fly Hideaway. If you have followed along the journey of my being a #limitlessglobalgirl, you have seen the transition to Monteverde, Costa Rica including a jeep-boat-jeep tour across Lake Arenal. In comparison to my prior weeks. in Week 10 in Costa Rica, I loved creating and scaling a life and business I love while experiencing incredible adventures in and near San Jose, Costa Rica.

My Routines: Morning, Daily and Weekly

No matter where you are in the world, how you start your day is powerful in every way.

My Sacred 7 Morning with I Am's, Prayer, Positive Music, Bible Reading, Message, Journaling, and Movement sets me up for success.

My daily routine includes shake, tea and tabs with Herbalife Global Nutrition for 7+ years and counting. I lost over 55+ lbs and chose to be alcohol free 5+ years ago. I compete in fitness shows in National Physique Committee Bikini.

'Disclaimer: Average person loses .5 to 1 lb. a week with healthy active lifestyle.

Every week, I outline my week and days, and continue to align actions to my vision. Every week, things shift depending on faith, feeling and focus.

I outline my Create 7 to help me align actions. Create 7 includes launches, community, scale, clear, media, series, and projects. I practice self-accountability with tools and teams like Click-Up, Focus Matrix, and virtual assistant services. I am in mentorship and coaching currently with Herbalife Nutrition and Super Focus with Tommy Newberry.

All along the way, I envision and assess results in community, creators, and creatives.

Super Focus

I am creating a life, business and community I love. I am receiving $3,000 - $25,000 daily-weekly-monthly easily for wellness, media, online & travel God willing with incredible community consistently by March. I am DAP, Supervisor and World Team with Herbalife in March.

This is my focus until I hit it not only once but consistent 3+ months. I will adjust after the third month of consistency to align to annual and legacy goals.

Top Three Priorities

3 Creatives: Media, Series, and Books

I focus consistently on creating and scaling a life & business I love & helping others. This is done by integrating faith, wellness, marketing, business and travel.

Not only that, every online course & live experience includes tips, tools & technology for health, wealth, and business hands-on.

I recorded 3+ shows as well.

4 Clear

I cleared 80% from both my Cameras this week, and uploaded 100% of videos for the mastermind to DropBox. I cleared over 80% of my phone. At the end of the week, I had my phone down to <75 pictures and videos.

5 Series

I completed the blogs and shows above. I outlined blogs and shows coming up with Hacienda La Chimba, One Day in Escazu, One Day in San Jose, Top 10 Things to Do in and Near San Jose, Costa Rica, and Online Series with 7 Steps to Starting a YouTube Channel, 7+ Reels for Instagram that Will Leave You Reeling, and Content Like a Boss: Costa Rica Edition.

6 Scaling

Over 75% of the business is automated via tools like Kajabi, Task Virtual, and Efficise. In Automate and Scale Your Business Like a Boss, I share automation and delegation including finding opportunities, social media, and business development.

I followed up on delegated tasks scaled via virtual assistant services.

I teach this hands-on in our online courses and retreats too. I outline tasks in 3-5 steps to automate and delegate. I continuously assess tasks to increase service, free up my time, and teach others to do the same.

7 Projects

a I am sharing the CREATEIT Summit & FREE 14 Day Challenge preview to the Creation Club: Online Mastermind with Health, Wealth & Business including Tips, Tools & Tech hands-on is open and being shared. I am filming the third series for Costa Rica currently the week coming up.

b I followed up on the two campaigns on Intellifluence for CREATEIT Summit for creators to spotlight with pre-recorded sessions, as well as for the Costa Rica Retreat in August 2021.

c Costa Rica: Transform & Travel Retreats series on blog and show, and promotions with hosts of Dragon Fly Hideaway.

I worked in the morning and spent the day at my Airbnb.

I woke up Tuesday worked on media, series, and community. I worked on finances as well.

In the afternoon, I headed over to Avenida Escazu for a few hours and later to the foodie experience with Emilia and Anna at Cocina Elektica or Eclectic Kitchen!

I worked at the Airbnb all day. I had a chat with one of my friends, and family!

Afterwards, I went and got my hair highlighted and cut for the first time since January of 2020!

At around 7pm, we went to Eclectic Kitchen again! Yes it is that amazing!

I worked on the series, shows, and social aligned to launches. I gave two presentations for Travel Industry Marketing Association on Communities Online and Live, and Transformation from Inside Out with Wanderful - 45,000+ Creators & Traveler community.

I stopped by Sin Domicilio Fijo for a amazing juice and empanada, and finished a blog and emails.

Anna and I decided to go to Eclectic Kitchen again!

Friday

I ended up getting sick on Friday so my original plans of visiting San Jose museums and markets got moved to the following Thursday.

Saturday

I rested and recuperated still not feeling great at all.

Sunday

I listened to church, connected with family, and started feeling much better.
