One Week: Creating a Life & Business I Love: Antigua, Guatemala: Week 13

Join me on One Week: Creating a Life and Business I love being in Antigua, Guatemala! The last 12 weeks have flown by, and my time in Antigua, Guatemala is coming to an end.

During this week of my travels, I created and explored the rest of my Top 10 in Antigua, Guatemala. I left Antigua, Guatemala and went glamping by Lake Atitlan for my fasting and prayer on Easter.

During my last week in and near the area, not only did I create and scale a life, business and community I love, but I visited Santa Clara Convent, Choco Museo, San Domingo Del Cerro, and Holy Week festivities before leaving on Good Friday for San Marcos La Laguna, Guatemala by Lake Atitlan.

I continued to create, transform and inspire during my travel to 7 Continents.

My Routines: Morning, Daily and Weekly

No matter where you are in the world, how you start your day is powerful in every way.

My Sacred 7 Morning and Night Routines with I Am's, Prayer, Positive Music, Bible Reading, Message, Journaling, and Movement sets me up for success.

My daily routine includes shake, tea and tabs with Herbalife Global Nutrition for 7+ years and counting. I lost over 55+ lbs and chose to be alcohol free 5+ years ago. I compete in fitness shows in National Physique Committee Bikini.

'Disclaimer: Average person loses .5 to 1 lb. a week with healthy active lifestyle.

Every week, I outline my week and days, and continue to align actions to my vision. Every week, things shift depending on faith, feeling and focus.

I outline my Create 7 to help me align actions. Create 7 includes launches, community, scale, clear, media, series, and projects. I practice self-accountability with tools and teams like Click-Up, Focus Matrix, and virtual assistant services. I am in mentorship and coaching currently with Herbalife Nutrition, Super Focus with Tommy Newberry, and Legacy League with Mike Michalowicz.

All along the way, I envision and assess results in community, creators, and creatives.

Walking into the week, I envisioned:

1 Launch Items for Summit & Mastermind

2 Community Creation & Focus

3 Submitting Proposals & Pitches

4 Creator Focus on Videos & Reels

5 Clearing Emails, Team & Media Items

6 Mastermind & Summit Updates & Shares

7 Assessing Daily & Weekly Results

Super Focus

I am creating a life, business and community I love. I am receiving $3,000 - $25,000 daily-weekly-monthly easily for wellness, media, online & travel God willing with incredible community consistently in April. I am DAP, Supervisor and World Team with Herbalife in April.

This is my focus until I hit it not only once but consistent 3+ months. I will adjust after the third month of consistency to align to annual and legacy goals.

Top Three Priorities

1 Community: Sources and Scaling

2 Creators: Courses, Management

3 Creatives: Media, Series, and Books

I focus consistently on creating and scaling a life & business I love & helping others. This is done by integrating faith, wellness, marketing, business and travel.

Not only that, every online course & live experience includes tips, tools & technology for health, wealth, and business hands-on.

Clearing

I worked at the Airbnb in the morning. I finished up my blog post on the week. Afterwards, I had an interview, connected with a friend, and connected with a retreat center owner in Ecuador on a project! I started packing with my stay coming to an end on Friday.

I visited Santa Clara Convent and did a mini spa day at San Domingo Del Cerro nearby. I definitely noticed a shift in my energy and needing more downtime with the increase in walking, nearby adventures, and staying at an Airbnb with 6-8 people around.

San Domingo Del Cerro Spa

Thursday

After finishing my morning routine, I headed over to a laundry service to get my laundry done before I left. I went to go check on my Herbalife package to find out by surprise the GUATEX office was already closed. I emailed them to re-route shipment to Panajachel at Lake Atitlan.

By surprise, I found an adorable place "Soy Chilero" right around the corner that opened up on Good Friday! I loved my juice, crepes, and smoothie! I finished up my blog on Costa Rica Travel Costs & Expenses, worked on some proposals, responded to some people interested in Herbalife and/or opportunities for entrepreneurship, and cleared emails. I chatted with my mom and dad via What'sApp before leaving to meet an Airbnb guest.

I met an Airbnb guest at Fernando's nearby and had a great omelette! I left to go pick up my laundry before they closed, and finish packing. Once I felt at about 95%, I headed off to Central Park for the Holy Week concert and market. I ended up getting some Guatemalan pants, table runner, and souvenirs for friends and family!

I wandered in the park listening to the music after and watching the lights and eating fruits.

Friday

In the morning, after I finished packing, I talked to my niece and nephew. They gave me an incredible dance, piano and light show! I let my driver know to pick me up around 12:30 pm in the afternoon to head to Lake Atitlan.

I wanted to go visit Central Park and see the Good Friday and Holy Week Rugs of Semana Santa in Antigua before leaving. I am so glad I did! Pictures don't do them justice!

Afterwards, I headed back to my Airbnb to say bye to my hosts and meet my driver. It took about 4 hours to get to San Marcos La Laguna for my Guatemala Glamping by Lake Atitlan. I had my last meal at about 2:30 pm before starting my fasting and prayer for the weekend.

I arrived just in time before dark to experience the beauty of Bliss Land Bell Tent in the light. I loved the sound of peace and serenity all around me.

Saturday

I slept like a baby in my tent and comfortable beds. After getting up, I took a shower in the outdoor bamboo shower area. My fast on Day 1 included water and cacao nibs. I read Matthew in the Bible, my Prayer Journal, and Spiritual Warfare Bible. I journaled as well.

In the afternoon, I headed out to explore the streets of San Marcos La Laguna, swam in Lake Atitlan, and had some juice at La Paz. While at La Paz, I reviewed my week as well.

I ended up reading Matthew and falling asleep around 8pm. Keep in mind, it gets pitch black around 6:30 pm in most of Central America.

Sunday

I got up around 6 am, did my Sacred 7 morning, read in the hammock, went to Cerro Tzanujil, and stopped at Samsura Garden starting to break my fast with veggies.

There you have it.

Week 13: Antigua, Guatemala

The creating, scaling, and traveling continue in Antigua, Guatemala with community and media, as well as the adventures of the colonial streets of the city, spas, and once in a lifetime experiences. I am pinching myself that I got to experience Holy Week or Semana Santa in Guatemala.
