Mint Experience a fresh way to manage money. In 2011, I started using Mint to track my spending. It helped me reduce unnecessary spending over 150%. What you focus on, gets managed.
#2 QuickBooks
QuickBooks: Run your whole business from inventory and invoices to projects and people. You may or may not know I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well. For years, I have used tools like QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and IntAcct helping others make and manage money.
I have found for Small Business Owners, QuickBooks is not only a great starting point, but helps your business automate and scale as well!

I started using LivePlan to help entrepreneurs, businesses, and start-ups set up, grow, and get investors with their businesses.

I have used this for years helping me build saving habits too! I am in nowhere near perfect and always a work in progress.

Financial Peace University: Step by Step with Dave Ramsey and his team on Finance Peace to put money back in your pocket.
I first took FPU in 2011. It dramatically impacted many things for me both in the spiritual and the natural. Since I am and we are always evolving, I chose to take it again in 2015. In 2019, I chose to teach it twice as a volunteer. Needless to say, I am a fan. There are many things that align.
Many things that scripture has revealed to me in creating wealth as well. I am not free and/or financially free yet. I am focused on being free in all forms. Galatians 5:1.
