I don't know about you friend, but I love creating healthy recipes like a boss that taste incredible, and are easy to make. That's what Healthy Like a Boss is all about!


When I first learned how to get healthy, I changed my habits and included transformation tools. The transformation tools like Herbalife Nutrition, 6 Pack Meal Bags, Peloton App, and Instacart help make things easier than ever.


The biggest impacts I experienced in losing >55 lbs in a year and a half and keeping it off, involved simplifying my meals with the nutrients we need, as well as simplifying making meals.

When I first started making healthy recipes, I would dedicate about 2-3 hours on Sundays to cook my meals. Now, I cook healthy recipes on a daily basis easily.

Healthy Like a Boss

1. Protein Donuts




Herbalife Protein Donuts


Batter

2 scoops Formula 1/Herbalife 24 Chocolate

2 Scoops Protein Drink Mix Your Choice

2 tbsp peanut butter

5 egg whites

1-2 tbsp ginger


Mix all and pour into Donut Containers

Bake for 20 Min at 375 Degrees


Let cool & add toppings


Topping

2 tbsp almond / pb

2 tbsp cinnamon

1/4 coconut milk flakes


Serve and enjoy!






2. Banana Protein Pancakes





Batter

2 scoops Herbalife formula 1 Banana Caramel

2 scoops Protein Drink Mix Chocolate/Vanilla

1/4 cup Protein Pancake Mix


1 Mix all and pour onto pan (after spraying with olive/coconut oil


2 Top with sliced bananas


3 Flip with spatula after 7 minutes (may vary based on stove type & strength)

& turn off & let the other side finish cooking


Toppings Optional

1 tbsp peanut butter


3. Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls No Bake



Protein Balls No Bake

-

4 scoops Herbalife pumpkin spice

2 scoops Herbalife rebuild strength

1/4 cup egg whites

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup peanut butter

2 tbsp cinnamon

1/4 cup coconut flakes

-

Mix all together

Done in less than 10 min

-

Put in fridge to chill 1-2 hours

Eat one right away as a bonus too!





4. Protein and Veggie Pizza



Crust

4 scoops Vegan Herbalife Protein Drink Mix Select

2 eggs


Toppings

3 slices Turkey bacon Chopped

10 Brussel sprouts Sliced

Salt free miss dash onion & herb


Sautéed First

1 cup kale

1/4 to 1/2 cup Mushrooms

1/4 red onion

2-4 tbsp olive oil


Bake 10 min

*add 2 more scoops protein &

1 egg for thicker crust!


Over 40 G protein for the whole pizza!




5. Egg White Bites




Veggie Selections

-

I added mushrooms, red onions,

spinach, red peppers &

Backing Prep

Put olive oil in muffin

container &Place veggies in


Batter

Mix 4 scoops of Herbalife protein

drink mix

2 egg whites / 1-2 yolks


Spoon Over Veggies in Muffin Pan


Baking

Heat oven to 350 & Bake 10-12 minutes!
