You may have heard of challenges or done a few. Or, maybe you clicked because you know you want to push yourself to reach a new level in life.
Is your doctor telling you it's time to get serious about getting healthier? Are you ready to get serious about getting healthy? Do you want to improve every area of your life?
You aren't the only one. Do you know that people in the US are reporting being unhappy?
There are many people who don't feel happy from the inside out. Many people are not being and doing what they love. Ask yourself are you living a life by default, or by design?
I'm sure all this as no surprise. Hello! That's why you clicked this article. I know I felt like pieces of me were missing well before I started my transformation. It started with self love and losing over 55 lbs in 2014 and kept it off. Disclaimer: avg weight loss is .5 to 1 lb a week with a healthy active lifestyle.
Those stats were not enough for me to change until I chose to fight for change. You may feel the same. I understand in every way. Do you want to transform spiritually?

Each and every time we do the feature, you will jump start in new ways!
I recommend you do it in a week to get the most transformation + inspiration!
You will then start to see step by step how to shift and do all seven areas daily!
I currently focus on 3 steps in each area, what I call my 3X7 focus.
Transformation Challenge 3: 7 Ways to Change Your Life
In the transformation challenge, this is sharing 7 ways to change your life. From the spiritual to the financial, it's about facing yourself, who you truly are, and what you truly want.
It's the choice to commit to change no matter what it takes, or how long it takes. It's choosing to fight for your freedom.
When we don’t tune in to our creator and ourselves, it's easy to find our identity, worth, and path in the external.
The external is great when it flows from who we are full of love and joy. When we look to someone else or the external for what we want, it's easy to get lost.
The 7 Ways are what I practice daily, as well as with the community. The structure is stable, but the solutions I sometimes change. I started creating the 7 Ways / Steps to Success in 2016 right before our Costa Rica and Cuba Retreats.
My daily focus is the pursuit of passion, purpose, potential and people and profits that align. I hope this helps you transform from the inside out, and create a life and business you love as well.
1. Spirit Strength
Do you have a daily practice you do for your spirit strength? Are you setting your day up powerfully? Or, are you rushing to start your day? There is a difference.
When you set your morning up for success, it pays dividends all day. For me, this is waking up now at 4:30 a.m. 80% of the time to pray, meditate and journal. I intentionally design my life and day. I consider what I am happy with and what I get to change. I know the journey isn't always easy.
How could you change your morning to set it up powerfully? What could you change in your night routine to help?

2. Mental Magic
Changing habits mentally is no different than changing them physically. What habits do you have when it comes to your mental health? When is the last time you changed a habit? Do you want more peace in your life? How about more joy in your life? I imagine you said YES to both of those.
A great practice to start is writing 10 things you are grateful for first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. We may not always get to choose what happens to us, but we do get to choose how we respond. There is strength in choosing a new perspective and shifting pain to purpose.
How could you increase peace daily?
Where could you create more space?
What areas of your life could you declutter?
When will you start writing down gratitude?
3. Elevate Energy
Elevating energy may be done in a number of ways. Your spiritual, mental and emotional state definitely influence your energy.
Transformation tools may help make it easier in every way. I've now used Herbalife Nutrition since 2013. The shakes, snacks, and supplements make it so convenient and delicious to be healthy.
I eat 6-7 times a day so using Herbalife (with >24 g of protein in every shake) helps so much. I have a shake for breakfast daily and one other time for the most part. I love Caramel Apple and Banana Caramel.
The other 3-4 meals I eat include protein, complex carb and a healthy fat and/or veggies. Some examples include fish, eggs, or chicken for proteins. My favorite complex carbs include sweet potatoes, oatmeal, and brown rice. For healthy fats, I love almond butter & avocados.
