As a multi-passionate creator and CEO, freedom is one of my core values — in life, business, and how I create. I used AI 100+ ways across wellness, wealth, content, courses, and community to scale with more ease, authenticity, and alignment.
From writing and marketing to launching and scaling, AI is my creative bestie — helping me save 20+ hours a week and amplify my impact without burnout. And that’s before we even get into the AI Agents that support my priorities, productivity, and profits like a boss.
So, I started wondering… how are other creators using AI in 2025?
I Asked 1,000+ Creators
I turned to thousands of creators on Featured.com—like I did before on creator lessons and what creators want brands to know from digital nomads and influencers to course creators, coaches, and entrepreneurs—and asked:
✨ How are you using AI?
✨ This may span from strategy to finance to wellness to content to courses to community.

💻 AI as Your Creative Co-Creator
"It’s not a replacement for the human touch — it’s a brilliant new brush in my creative toolkit."
Patty Mooney, VP, San Diego Video Production
Patty uses AI to co-create scripts, remix visuals, and elevate storytelling — all while keeping her unique voice at the center.
As a video producer, editor, writer, and musician, I use AI as a creative collaborator. It helps me brainstorm and draft compelling scripts, restructure old narratives into fresh edits, compose original music lyrics, and even refine metadata for SEO.
I also use AI tools to upscale archival footage, generate motion graphics in DaVinci Resolve, and automate repetitive editing tasks. Whether it's shaping documentaries, blogs, or soundtracks, AI helps me move faster, think deeper, and stay inspired. It's not a replacement for the human touch—it's a brilliant new brush in my creative toolkit.
"AI helps us stay ahead by designing smarter, selling better, and serving stronger."
Laura Kosmorsky, Co-Founder, Tied Sunwear
Laura’s team integrates AI into design decisions, ecommerce personalization, and content strategy.
At Tied Sunwear, we've embraced AI to streamline everything from product design to customer engagement. AI helps us stay ahead in creating sun healthy, stylish beachwear by analyzing trends and fabric performance.
It assists in optimizing our design process by suggesting the best materials and styles based on real time market demand, ensuring we deliver what our customers want, when they want it. In addition to product development, AI plays a significant role in enhancing our ecommerce strategy.
We use AI driven tools to personalize the shopping experience, offering tailored product recommendations based on individual preferences and purchase history. This not only improves customer satisfaction but also boosts sales, as we're able to suggest the most relevant sun protective pieces to our audience.
We also leverage AI for inventory and supply chain management. It predicts demand patterns, helping us maintain optimal stock levels without overproduction, ensuring that our products are available when customers need them most.
This allows us to run an efficient business while maintaining sustainability, a core value at Tied Sunwear.
Finally, AI helps us with customer service, automating routine inquiries and providing instant support on common questions about sun protection and product care. This ensures that our team can focus on more complex customer needs, all while providing a seamless, responsive experience that aligns with our mission of empowering women to enjoy the sun safely and stylishly.
"We use AI to repurpose stuff that already works… It’s not only about saving time, it’s about making sure the message lands in the right way for each audience."
Phillip Mandel, CEO, Mandel Marketing
Phillip uses AI to transform one high-performing content piece into 10+ assets across platforms — from Twitter threads to Instagram reels — saving time and scaling storytelling without burnout.
We don't want to constantly redesign the wheel, and we use AI every day to help us work more efficiently when it comes to content. At Mandel Marketing, we've been using AI to repurpose stuff that already works. If a blog post or video hits, we can use AI to turn it into 10 new things instead of starting from scratch each time (the one-to-ten approach).
We can take one strong piece, such as a long-form article, and break it down into bite-sized posts for Twitter/X, visuals or reels for Instagram, or more polished thought leadership for LinkedIn. AI helps speed up that whole process, from drafting captions to generating design ideas. It's not only about saving time, it's about making sure the message lands in the right way for each audience.
And since not every client uses every platform (a CPG brand's feed looks nothing like a law firm's), AI gives us the flexibility to tailor everything without burning out our team.
"I've also used AI creatively outside of consulting, like designing and publishing my illustrated e-books... For me, AI isn't just a tool — it's a co-creator."
Nicole Craveiro, CEO & HR Consultant, CraveHRO
Nicole builds AI agents to support HR clients and writes children’s books and poetry collections — showing how AI fuels both business and artistry.
I'm using AI to revolutionize my small business by building CraveHROBot - a suite of custom-built AI agents that will help employers tackle everything from policy creation to worker classification to mental health support.
I've also used AI creatively outside of consulting, like designing and publishing my illustrated e-books - including a children's HR series and a mental health poetry collection. For me, AI isn't just a tool - it's a co-creator helping me scale impact, save time, and keep things human where it counts.
"AI helps us brainstorm faster, get early drafts moving, and stay consistent in our brand voice."
Dan Steiner, Co-Founder, Good Laundry
Dan uses AI as a backstage co-pilot for ideation, copywriting, and customer insights — making content more strategic and human-centered.
We're using AI as a quiet but powerful co-pilot behind the scenes. It's not about flashy gimmicks for us, it's about smart, practical tools that make our work sharper and faster. One big way we use AI is in customer feedback analysis.
We gather reviews, comments, and messages, and AI instantly helps us spot trends and pain points. That insight shapes how we improve our products and messaging. We also lean on AI in content creation. It helps us brainstorm faster, get early drafts moving, and stay consistent in our brand voice. That said, we always put the human touch on final edits because we want our messaging to feel authentic.
We use AI for inventory forecasting and marketing performance analysis on the operational side. It helps us make faster decisions and avoid waste, supporting our bottom line and sustainability goals.
I think of AI as a teammate that works 24/7 and helps us stay focused on what matters: building a better company for people and the planet. We're not just chasing trends. We're using AI to work smarter, stay nimble, and deliver real value to households that care.
"AI helps us draft compelling retreat descriptions, personalized messages, and optimized marketing copy — ensuring our communication feels thoughtful and intentional."
Shayna Hasson, Co-Founder & CEO, Yoga Beyond The Studio
Shayna uses AI to support storytelling and content creation, allowing her team to stay present with clients while growing sustainably.
At Yoga Beyond The Studio, we leverage AI to enhance both our client experience and business efficiency. One of the most impactful ways we use AI is in content creation. We utilize AI-powered tools to generate compelling retreat descriptions, craft personalized follow-up messages, and optimize our marketing copy for social media and newsletters.
This not only saves us valuable time but also ensures our communication feels thoughtful and intentional. Additionally, we use AI to analyze engagement metrics and understand which content resonates most with our audience, allowing us to refine our storytelling and better connect with our community. AI has become an essential tool in helping us stay present with our clients while also fostering sustainable business growth.
"AI helps us jumpstart content — blogs, video outlines, repurposed posts… But every draft still gets reviewed and rewritten by our team."
Seann Malloy, Founder, Malloy Law Offices, LLC
Seann’s law firm uses AI to support content creation while keeping clarity, trust, and emotional connection at the center.
AI is changing how law firms work—but it's not replacing what matters.
At Malloy Law, we handle real people with real problems. AI isn't a shortcut for us. It's a tool that helps us focus more on what truly counts: trust, communication, and results.
We use AI to jumpstart content—blogs, video outlines, repurposed posts. But every draft still gets reviewed and rewritten by our team. We fact-check, add local insight (we practice in MD, VA, and DC), and make sure it sounds like us—not a bot.
With video, we've used AI to replicate my voice, which means we can produce more without always being on camera. But AI can't convey empathy or time a message for emotional impact. That's still on us.
We also use AI for SEO—tracking keywords, monitoring engagement. But here's the truth: traffic is meaningless if your content doesn't connect. That's why we focus on clarity and relevance. Our goal isn't just clicks—it's helping people feel understood.
At the end of the day, AI helps us save time. But it can't replace the human side of this work. Injured clients don't want automation. They want someone who gets what they're going through—and knows how the law can help.
So yes, we use AI. But not to cut corners. To serve our clients better.
"So, diving into the world of AI has honestly been a game-changer... It's kinda like having a brainstorming buddy who's always available."
Alex Cornici, Marketing & PR Coordinator, Pork Chop Recipes
Alex uses AI to brainstorm, draft, and analyze what performs best, helping him stay creative while making data-backed decisions.
So, diving into the world of AI has honestly been a game-changer for me as a creator. I've started using AI tools to streamline content creation, especially for routine tasks like generating ideas or crafting initial drafts. It's kinda like having a brainstorming buddy who's always available. Plus, the AI doesn't just help with the creative side; it's fantastic for handling the analytics part too—like figuring out what content performs best and predicting trends which could be hot in the future.
On the strategy side, AI has made decision-making a lot faster and more data-driven. Instead of guessing what my audience might like, I use AI to analyze and segment audience data, which helps in personalizing content and offers to meet their specific needs. This tech has also been super helpful in managing community interactions; AI-driven chatbots can provide instant responses to common queries, making our users feel heard and supported 24/7. At the end of the day, it's all about leveraging these tools to enhance what you’re already doing and giving yourself that extra edge.
"As a creative with a disability, I rely on AI extensively… AI has become essential to my creative process, business development, personal health, and day-to-day problem-solving."
Alexandra Nima, CEO/Founder, The Sophisticated Geek PR & Vitruvian Vision NGO
Alexandra uses AI to overcome physical limitations, brainstorm educational content, and even support healing journeys — blending creativity with authenticity.
As a creative with a disability, I rely on AI extensively for both work and life. Currently, I am rebranding as a workshop provider, channeling all my knowledge into creating impactful workshops. AI supports me greatly in this process, helping with marketing tasks such as copywriting, content creation, and funnel design. It even assisted me in finding a free domain that perfectly fits my new brand.
In my creative work, I use AI to develop innovative artistic and educational concepts. I have broad expertise and naturally think across multiple levels and disciplines. However, brain fog and fatigue drain much of my energy and "main drive." Tools like ChatGPT and 1MinAI help me overcome this by allowing me to input core concepts and general directions, then we develop ideas iteratively together.
We are also exploring ideas for slightly crazy, humorous, yet deeply human YouTube shorts, blending creativity with authenticity.
Beyond professional tasks, I keep a "miscellaneous" thread with AI, where I ask questions about legal and invoicing issues, travel ticket prices, Netflix recommendations, unhealthy ingredients in food and cosmetics, and whatever else I don't have time to research myself.
On a personal health front, I developed an MCAS-based fitness and supplement plan with ChatGPT's help. Remarkably, this AI tool also helped heal a disabled, elderly cat I encountered at an Airbnb. She suffered from severe acral lick dermatitis due to emotional abandonment by her owner: half of her belly was hairless, bloody, and crusted. Through strategic collar use, psychological training and bonding time, as well as supplements advised by AI, the cat's condition improved dramatically over five months: she became fit, her eyes cleared, bloody spots vanished, and her fur began to regrow.
To sum it up: AI has become essential to my creative process, business development, personal health, and day-to-day problem-solving, as well as empowering me to overcome limitations and amplify my impact.
"I’ve completely transformed my content business with AI... I still spend just as much time on content—I just produce 3–5x more of it."
Luke Matthews, Copywriter, AI Writing Lessons
Luke replaced a ghostwriting agency with AI, scaled content production solo, and built a profitable course — proving AI can multiply human creativity, not replace it.
I've completely transformed my content business with AI. I converted my entire ghostwriting agency to an AI-powered operation in 2023. Instead of managing 5 freelancers, I now handle 3x the clients solo by using ChatGPT to generate first drafts that get me 70% there. The secret isn't the prompts, it's knowing how to edit AI content to sound human again.
For research, I use Perplexity AI to analyze content trends in unfamiliar industries. What used to take hours of Googling now takes minutes. I feed client company info to ChatGPT, get a content matrix, and understand their market position instantly.
Lead generation has exploded since I started using Distribute to create lead magnets and landing pages in 30 minutes instead of days. This generated 1500+ downloads and 890 newsletter subscribers last month alone.
For content analysis, I built a "Post Roast" prompt that scores LinkedIn posts and provides specific feedback, essentially creating an AI version of my consulting service.
Course creation became much easier with AI. I've built my "AI Writing made Easy" course by using AI to outline modules while I focus on creating authentic examples. This transformed a 6-month project into 6 weeks.
Community management is where I'm experimenting now. I've created a custom "LukeGPT" that helps answer common questions from my course students, freeing me to focus on high-touch interactions.
The biggest mistake people make with AI? Thinking it replaces the human element. It doesn't. I still spend just as much time on content—I just produce 3-5x more of it.
My workflow is simple. AI handles the boring stuff (research, first drafts, formatting) while I focus entirely on adding personality, edge, and authentic examples that no AI can replicate.
The companies paying me $3000+ per month don't care that I use AI. They care that their content performs better than their competitors', and that only happens when you know how to make AI-generated content sound human again.
"Using Jasper for brainstorming has transformed my creative process — it’s like having a partner 24/7."
Justin Mauldin, Founder, Salient PR
Justin uses AI for idea generation in campaign development, then adds personal strategy for high-converting content.
I discovered that using AI tools like Jasper for content brainstorming has transformed my creative process - it's like having a brainstorming partner available 24/7.
Recently, I used it to generate 20 unique angles for a marketing campaign, which we then refined into our most successful email sequence yet with a 38% open rate.
While AI helps with initial ideas, I always add my personal touch and industry knowledge to make the content truly resonate with our audience.
⚙️ Automating Workflows & Scaling Smart
"With AI, I can handle multiple tasks more efficiently, freeing up time for more strategic thinking and growth."
Georgi Petrov, CMO, AIG MARKETER
Georgi uses AI to automate content, marketing analysis, and forecasting — giving him more space to lead.
In my work, I use AI in multiple areas, from content creation to strategy and even customer engagement. For content, AI helps me generate ideas, optimize SEO, and even create drafts that I can refine. It saves me hours of brainstorming and writing, allowing me to focus on more creative aspects of my content. In terms of strategy, I rely on AI tools to analyze data, track market trends, and predict audience behavior, helping me make informed decisions without the need for manual research.
When it comes to community management, AI-driven chatbots help me engage with my audience in real-time, providing instant responses and support, enhancing the user experience. I also use AI for course creation by analyzing what content works best, ensuring my courses are more personalized and meet the evolving needs of my audience.
Finally, AI assists with financial forecasting and budgeting by streamlining processes and identifying trends in my revenue streams. With AI, I can handle multiple tasks more efficiently, freeing up time for more strategic thinking and growth opportunities. This blend of AI tools makes my business operations smarter and more agile.
"AI functions like a 24/7 strategist, assistant, and operations consultant rolled into one."
Colby Kordas, CEO, Superior Landscaping LLC
Colby uses AI to automate internal ops, client emails, and employee onboarding while scaling multiple businesses.
As the CEO of multiple business ventures, I use AI every day as an integrated part of my business operations. AI functions like a 24/7 strategist, assistant, and operations consultant rolled into one. I rely on AI to help me manage everything from internal systems to external communication. We collaborate on writing professional client emails, crafting team protocols, developing onboarding documents, and even creating customized service plans and marketing content that reflect the brand's voice.
AI supports my business on a strategic level, helping me streamline workflows, generate ideas for scaling, refine operational structure, and build out new service documentation. I've used it to create and improve employee handbooks, site visit forms, policy letters, and scheduling formats. I've also built marketing campaigns with AI—everything from scripting website copy to planning seasonal promotions, generating social media content, and even designing the copy layout for vehicle wraps to make my brand stand out in the field.
Where most small businesses struggle with consistency and time management, AI has allowed me to stay organized, efficient, and professional while juggling multiple roles. Whether I need to draft a client-facing document, rework internal communications, or solve a logistics challenge, I can do it quickly and effectively by working with ChatGPT. I also use it to help with HR-related situations, compliance questions, and navigating legal or customer service issues that require careful wording and a polished approach.
This isn't just automation—it's like having a real-time business consultant that understands my team structure, market, brand tone, and goals. The more I've integrated AI into my daily operations, the more I've been able to focus on higher-level decisions and long-term growth. For me, AI isn't just a tool—it's a partner in building and elevating my businesses.
"AI doesn’t replace the mission. It clears the path to it."
Aspen Noonan, CEO, Elevate Holistics
Aspen leverages AI for document pre-screening, compliance checks, and personalized follow-ups — improving access, efficiency, and patient trust in healthcare.
We use AI to remove friction from every part of the patient journey. Our mission is access. AI helps us deliver that faster, safer, and more affordably. Most patients don't know where to start. AI-powered chat gives them answers immediately. That builds trust before they even book.
We use AI to pre-screen documents, verify IDs, and flag missing info before appointments. This cuts manual review time and lowers our reschedule rate. Patients finish the process in one sitting instead of being bounced between emails. That shift alone reduced support issues and improved appointment flow.
We rely on AI to stay compliant across multiple states. Each region changes its rules constantly. Manual updates lag behind. AI keeps our intake forms and workflows aligned with new laws in real-time. That protects both patients and providers from unnecessary delays.
We're also using AI to build better follow-up systems. Based on patient behavior, AI adjusts messaging, timing, and tone. The result is higher show rates, stronger reviews, and consistent renewals. On the wellness side, we're testing AI-guided mental health check-ins. Some patients want more than a card; they want care. AI makes that scalable.
AI doesn't replace the mission. It clears the path to it.
"AI cut our financial reporting time from days to hours, letting us focus on strategy instead of spreadsheets.
Adam Garcia, Founder, The Stock Dork
Adam uses AI-driven models to automate financial reports, risk assessments, and compliance checks—reducing errors and freeing his team to focus on strategic client decisions.
I've found AI particularly game-changing in streamlining our financial reporting process - what used to take my team days now takes hours using machine learning models to analyze trends and flag anomalies. We recently started using AI to automate risk assessments and compliance checks, which has reduced human error and allowed us to focus more on strategic decision-making with clients.
"As a real estate and technology CEO, I have been able to use AI as a force-multiplying tool across several parts of my business strategy.
Tim Choate, CEO & Founder, RedAwning
Tim leverages AI to streamline property management, pricing, and guest services. AI-powered algorithms allow RedAwning to adapt rapidly to market shifts, improving financial outcomes and operational efficiency.
As a real estate and technology CEO, I have been able to use AI as a force-multiplying tool across several parts of my business strategy. RedAwning, meanwhile, uses AI to help streamline operations, including from property management, to guest experience. We harness AI-powered algorithms to forecast real-time market trends and fine-tune pricing for vacation rental listings. This is how we can be ahead of movements and increase financial upside for our partners."
For assistance in this we also rely on AI, mainly in marketing where AI based automation tools assist in generating personalized content for all our partners and guests. These tools enable us to predict and accommodate guest preferences and tailor how we communicate, be that in the form of personal emails, offers or even our chat-bots which you can engage with on our website. The effectiveness of these systems has also proven to effective by automating tedious tasks and driving up interaction.
One artificial intelligence (AI) agent that I believe personally brings value is in our ability to understand market conditions as they present themselves, in real-time. This agent combs through huge amounts of data — market occupancy rates, competitor pricing, guest reviews — and spits out actionable insights that help shape our response. I remember one time this system alerted us to a sudden dip in the market in one of the critical areas. We adjusted our rates within hours and remained competitive.
AI's promise doesn't end in the business operations department. On a personal level, it's helped reorient my wellness routine as well. Typically, these AI-led fitness apps analyze my activity data and recommend workout plans that suit my goals, which fits well with our broader theme on well-being in the workplace. Here at RedAwning, we promote the usage of similar AI-powered applications for mental and physical health, as we believe that a healthy team is more effective.
The bottom line: AI is not only a means to efficiency, but it's a necessary engine of innovation for many facets of business, from operations to personal health. It's changing how we perceive growth, professionally and personally.
"AI transforms data into direction; making technical improvements feel less overwhelming and more like meaningful progress."
Sheryle Gillihan, Co-owner, CauseLabs
Sheryle uses AI to turn complex website audits into clear action plans that help nonprofits grow without tech overwhelm.
We use AI to turn complex website audits into clear, human-centered action plans.
At CauseLabs, we combine our audit tools with AI to translate technical findings into everyday language and step-by-step guidance. This helps organizations quickly understand what's holding them back and make informed technical decisions that support growth, engagement, and capacity building.
AI boosts our team's capacity and improves communication with our clients. It transforms data into direction; making technical improvements feel less overwhelming and more like meaningful progress.
We believe AI's role is to reduce friction, not replace people. When used well, it helps us build smarter, more responsive digital experiences that truly serve the people behind the screen.
"I use AI tools to manage my inbox, summarize long PDFs, track invoices, and monitor competitor updates... It’s not doing anything magical — it’s just doing small things consistently, which adds up."
Burak Özdemir, Founder, Online Alarm Kur
Burak created simple AI automations that handle repetitive tasks so he can stay in deep focus without context switching.
Running a small business means wearing a dozen hats—marketing, admin, and support. I use AI tools to manage my inbox, summarize long PDFs, track overdue invoices, and monitor competitor updates. I've set up custom scripts that fetch alerts, process them, and send summaries to my phone every morning.
This kind of setup saves me from context switching. I can stay in "build mode" for longer stretches without worrying I've missed something. The AI isn't doing anything magical—it's just doing small things consistently, which adds up. I used to think I needed an assistant for this. Now I just run a few background tools and focus on growing.
"We use AI across development, marketing, support, and global communication. It’s built into how we scale in 20+ languages with 24/7 assistance."
Sylvain Josserand, Founder & CTO, Parseur
Sylvain has embedded AI across all areas of the business — from writing code and marketing to multilingual user support and internal decision-making.
We use AI everywhere:
- Our software developers use it to write code, get ideas on how to approach a problem, or to review code
- Our content marketers draw better article outlines faster, and write more engaging content with it
- Our app and content are now available in 20 languages, thanks to the AI-powered automatic translation
- AI is our level 0 support team: it reads and understands our knowledge base and answer basic support questions faster, around the clock, in all timezones, and in all languages. It also helps translate conversations to the native languages of our users.
- It helps founders gather data and insights to take better business decisions
"We help many people in so many areas... Recently we added a ChatGPT component... There is so much data on my results that they can quickly get a relevant response.
John Kennedy, Neuroplastician, The Kennedy Method
John integrated AI to help site visitors customize how his neuroplasticity method helps them, improving communication and tailoring service proposals.
1) We help many people in so many areas of their life by improving neuronal efficiency and speed using the only program of its kind in the world approved by the US Special operations. This ranges from CEO's and pro athletes, to people struggling with depression, anxiety, dementia, ADHD and autism symptoms. This makes it difficult to target them on our website. Recently we added a ChatGPT component to one of our websites asking visitors to customize our ability to help them. They can go to Chat GPT, type in "how can The Kennedy Method help blank" and fill anything in the blank for a directed response. There is so much data on my results that they can quickly get a relevant response.
2) Our work is based on years of results and research, so AI has improved our ability to create proposals and customize training/consulting proposals.
"Internally, AI helps us with ideation and decision-making. Externally, it powers clinical documentation and automation tools on our platform."
Jamie Frew, CEO, Carepatron
Jamie uses AI both to streamline team workflows and to power health-focused features in Carepatron’s product, enabling more care, less admin.
We use AI in two main ways at Carepatron. Internally, it helps us with ideation and decision-making. Externally, it powers core features of the platform that support healthcare professionals.
Inside the team, AI is part of our workflow when we're planning new features or testing ideas. We use it to map out user flows, explore different scenarios, and spot edge cases early. It helps us move faster during the early stages of product development by giving us quick feedback and revealing blind spots we might miss on our own. It's not making decisions for us, but it sharpens the quality of the decisions we do make.
We also use AI to get a head start on internal documentation. Whether we're writing a product brief, designing a hiring guide, or outlining a marketing plan, AI helps us get the structure in place. From there, the team takes over and builds it out. It removes the slow start so we can focus on what actually matters.
On the product side, Carepatron includes AI tools that assist healthcare professionals with clinical documentation. That includes AI-generated progress notes, treatment plans, and session summaries. These features are built to support clinicians in saving time and staying compliant without removing their control or professional judgment.
We also offer automation tools that reduce admin workload. Our platform includes features for scheduling, automated appointment reminders, invoice generation, and templated communication. While these are not AI-driven in the same way as our documentation tools, they are designed to streamline repetitive processes and improve overall workflow.
AI at Carepatron is both a part of how we build and how we deliver value to our users. It helps our team work more efficiently and gives our customers more time to focus on care. It's not a layer we added on top of the product. It's part of the foundation.
"AI agents are integrated into our finance workflows to flag anomalies and generate insights — what used to take hours now takes minutes."
Marin Cristian-Ovidiu, CEO, Online Games
Marin uses AI for finance, market modeling, and productivity—streamlining operations so the team can focus on vision and innovation.
I use AI across nearly every layer of the business—not to replace creativity, but to multiply it. Strategically, I rely on AI for market pattern detection and player behavior modeling, helping us design smarter game loops and monetization paths. For content, AI drafts outlines, ad variations, and even in-game dialogue trees, which we then fine-tune to match our tone.
Operationally, I've integrated AI agents into finance workflows to flag anomalies and generate weekly cash flow insights in minutes—something that used to take half a day. On the wellness side, I use personalized AI productivity tracking tools to manage energy, not just time, so I stay sharp through the chaos of scaling.
The goal isn't automation for the sake of it—it's clarity. AI handles the repetitive and analytical, freeing my team and me to stay focused on vision, design, and community. In an industry that moves as fast as gaming, AI is how we keep our edge without losing our soul.
"We're building an AI-native real estate platform... AI turns raw data into clear, actionable outputs."
Jake Miakota, CEO, Subdivisions.com
Jake is building an AI-powered real estate platform that automates content, market intelligence, and assists agents with hyperlocal analysis.
We're building an AI-native real estate platform from the ground up, using proprietary subdivision-level data to power hyperlocal search and market intelligence.
Our use of AI spans across strategy, operations, and agent tools. We're currently developing an internal AI copilot that assists in price analysis, lead qualification, and property comparisons—all based on structured data no one else in the market has.
We're also automating content creation at scale, generating local trend reports, visual stats cards, and subdivision-level insights personalized to each agent's market. AI helps us turn raw data into clear, actionable outputs that agents and consumers can use every day.
We're not just using AI—we're building for a future where data context and AI assistive workflows reshape how real estate is searched, evaluated, and closed.
"As a CEO, my time is valuable — so I use AI to do tasks that take up too much of it, like note-taking, sales tracking, and SOP writing... I use AI to buy back time, not replace myself."
Carey Bentley, CEO, Lifehack Method
Carey uses Fathom, Zapier, and ChatGPT to streamline admin, saving hours weekly while keeping human connection at the core.
As a CEO, my time is valuable - so I use AI to do tasks that take up too much of it, like note-taking, sales tracking, and SOP writing. It saves me hours each week and lets me focus on what really moves the needle.
Fathom records meetings and summarizes and syncs the notes automatically, which saves me 20 minutes per meeting. Zapier tracks our sales pipeline without me having to lift a finger. And ChatGPT helps me create detailed SOPs in seconds.
But here's the thing: I use AI to buy back time, not replace myself. So, I ONLY use AI for shallow tasks, like admin. Things like coaching, strategy, and connection? That stays human, always.
💬 Smarter Content & Messaging With AI
"AI speeds up first drafts and helps us explore different angles more quickly — but the final voice always comes from our team."
Liz Kolb, Co-Founder & CEO, Axion Now
At www.axionnowevents.com we use AI in places where it actually drives results, not just where it looks impressive, and not purely for the sake riding the bandwagon.
In strategy, that means using it to identify trends, spot risks, and test assumptions earlier so we can make faster, more informed decisions.
On the content side, AI speeds up first drafts and helps us explore different angles more quickly, but the final voice and clarity always come from our team. Operationally, we're experimenting with agents to automate repetitive tasks in finance, scheduling, and support. We're also using it to streamline internal knowledge sharing and onboarding.
The goal stays consistent: reduce friction, increase clarity, and make sure the tools we adopt are actually supporting better work.
"I use AI to analyze competitors and draft outlines — then add my personal stories to drive real connection."
Justin Herring, Founder and CEO, YEAH! Local

Bryan Philips, Head of Marketing, In Motion Marketing
Bryan’s team uses AI for demand generation strategy, content outlines, and QA workflows—enhancing structure and scale while preserving authenticity through expert review.
We use AI across strategy, content, and internal workflows. AI helps us map demand gen strategies, draft content outlines, and refine messaging before human experts add insight and context. We also use AI agents for content QA—checking tone, structure, and internal linking before publishing. This blend of automation and expert input keeps our marketing sharp, scalable, and efficient without sacrificing authenticity.
"I've been using ChatGPT to brainstorm SEO keyword variations that I wouldn't have thought of myself, which has helped my clients' content rank better.
Ryan Young, Owner, Revive Marketing Services
Ryan leverages AI for SEO research, uncovering powerful keyword variations that boost content visibility and organic traffic. He blends AI-generated insights with manual strategy to drive optimized and authentic results for his clients.
I've been using ChatGPT to brainstorm SEO keyword variations that I wouldn't have thought of myself, which has helped my clients' content rank better. Last month, we saw a 40% increase in organic traffic after implementing AI-suggested long-tail keywords for a fitness brand. While AI helps with research, I still manually review and adjust the strategy since I've found that combining AI insights with human expertise gives the best results.
"I use Claude and ChatGPT to draft campaign strategies, saving 40% of my planning time. AI handles the brainstorm and data — I refine the emotional hooks and creative pieces."
Josiah Lipsmeyer, Founder, Plasthetix Plastic Surgery Marketing

"We use AI for analytics — reviewing campaign data and extracting insights faster than we could on our own."
Edward Tian, CEO, GPTZero
Edward’s team uses AI for evaluating marketing campaign success, helping them uncover insights from large data sets without manual overload.
As CEO, one of the main ways in which we use AI is to help with analytics. When we are doing things like assessing the success of our marketing campaigns, for example, we will sometimes use AI to help with that. It can be a great type of tool for evaluating larger sums of data more quickly, finding insights that you might not have found on your own. We tend to stay away from using AI for creative or content-related purposes, but where analytics are concerned, it definitely helps us from time to time.
"We're using AI to streamline printing workflows and automate basic design tasks, which lets our creative team focus on higher-value strategic work."

Anika Jackson, Podcaster & PR Strategist, Your Brand Amplified Inc.
Anika uses Claude, ElevenLabs, and Flowsend to develop podcast content, pitch decks, and deliverables with speed and clarity while maintaining authenticity.
There are a few key narratives that have shaped my approach to business technology, and AI integration has become one of the most transformative.
As both a podcaster and marketing/PR strategist, I've found that the real magic happens when you build an AI ecosystem that enhances your natural creativity rather than replacing it. My workflow now revolves around several essential AI tools that have fundamentally changed how I create and connect.
Claude has become my thinking partner for content strategy and messaging refinement. When I'm developing brand positioning or podcast topics, I use Claude to explore different angles and perspectives. It helps me push beyond my initial ideas to discover deeper insights that resonate with my audience.
For audio content, ElevenLabs and Flowsend.ai have been revolutionary. After recording podcast interviews, I can create authentic-sounding clips in my voice for intros and promotional content without having to schedule additional recording sessions. I can also create all of the written content I need from each episode to expedite show notes, transcripts, and social captions.
Presentations.ai has transformed how I pitch to clients and deliver workshops. I can quickly generate visually compelling slides that actually enhance my storytelling rather than distract from it.
Delphi.ai has become indispensable as my digital clone knowledge base. It's a place where everyone—clients, students, podcast listeners—can ask questions without having to schedule a meeting with me. This has dramatically expanded my reach and impact while preserving my time for high-value creative work. It's like having a version of myself available 24/7 to share insights and answer questions.
Using Ziotag to intelligently segment and tag my podcast episodes has multiplied the value of each interview, creating multiple touchpoints from a single conversation.
My advice? Don't just use AI to do what you've always done faster. Use it to reimagine what's possible for your business and your creativity. The tools I've mentioned aren't just making my work more efficient—they're expanding my vision of what I can create and the communities I can build.

🤝 Community, Customer Service & AI Agents
"It’s not just customer service — it’s a revenue engine."
Grace Savage, Brand & AI Specialist, Tradie Agency
Grace’s AI agent converts leads while she sleeps, trained on her brand voice to keep the human feel alive.
One of the most valuable ways we use AI today is through our AI email and sales agent - a system trained on our brand DNA, tone, and sales process to handle lead conversion 24/7 without human input.
Traditionally, startups would need a full sales and marketing team.
Thanks to AI, we've replaced repetitive tasks with lean, automated systems that work while we sleep.
Here's how it works: when a customer enquires, our AI agent responds instantly, following our brand voice and answering questions like we would. If that lead goes cold or drops off, it automatically follows up in the days ahead, keeping the conversation warm and leading them back to a booking. There's no need to pre-write sequences or manually manage replies. It adapts to what the customer says, responds like a human, and stays on-brand the entire time.
It's not just customer service, it's a revenue engine.
We've trained the AI to act as our digital sales rep, converting curious browsers into committed clients. Most people wouldn't even know they're speaking to AI, because the responses are so natural and contextual. It handles objections, provides answers, books jobs, and never drops the ball.
Beyond that, we're also using AI for graphics and imagery. What used to take hours or would require hiring designers - logos, hero images, content visuals- we now generate ourselves in minutes. Even established businesses that used to rely on expensive design platforms are now outpaced by teams that understand how to conceptualize, prompt, and refine ideas through tools like GPT-4 and image models.
The game has changed. AI isn't just a tool anymore; it's infrastructure. And if you're not building on it, you're falling behind.
"I use AI agents to analyze customer feedback and surface product issues — one fix boosted our satisfaction score by 23%."
Andrew Dunn, Vice President of Marketing, Zentro Internet
Andrew leverages AI to identify patterns in user pain points, helping his team prioritize product improvements and enhance customer experience.
Having tested various AI agents, I now use them primarily for sorting through customer feedback and identifying emerging pain points we need to address in our product development. Just last month, our AI analysis revealed that customers were struggling with a specific feature, which helped us prioritize that fix and boost our satisfaction scores by 23%.
"We use GPT to personalize follow-ups — our response rates jumped 28% in one month."
Yarden Morgan, Director of Growth, Lusha
Yarden uses AI agents to analyze customer chat logs and social interactions, revealing valuable engagement trends. By implementing a GPT-powered system for behavior-based follow-ups, Lusha significantly boosted customer response and interaction efficiency.
I've recently started using AI agents to analyze our customer chat logs and social media interactions, which has been eye-opening for understanding engagement patterns. Last month, we implemented a GPT-powered email system that personalizes follow-ups based on customer behavior, increasing our response rates by 28%.
I'd suggest starting small with AI tools - maybe begin with content ideation or simple automation tasks before diving into complex implementations.
"AI gives us leverage — but our goal is always emotional connection."
Ali Yilmaz, Co-Founder & CEO, Aitherapy
Ali built AI therapy agents for 24/7 support, co-created content, and used AI-guided daily check-ins — with emotional impact at the core.
At Aitherapy, we use AI to provide affordable, 24/7 mental health support to people who often fall through the cracks of traditional care. Our AI agent is trained in evidence-based therapeutic techniques like CBT and motivational interviewing — not to replace therapists, but to offer emotional support anytime, anywhere.
As a creator and founder, I also use AI in other parts of the business:
Content: We co-write blog posts, reels, and mental health prompts using AI tools to scale storytelling without losing heart.
Strategy: I use GPT-powered tools to test positioning, plan product experiments, and simulate user journeys.
Community: We're now testing AI-guided daily check-ins that nudge users toward reflection and growth.
AI gives us leverage — but our goal is always emotional connection. That's the future we're trying to build.
"At my tech company, I've been experimenting with AI to automatically tag and categorize thousands of customer support tickets, which has cut our response time in half
John Cheng, CEO, PlayAbly.AI
John uses AI to enhance customer service by automating ticket categorization and email drafts, improving response time and surfacing key issues while preserving a human-led experience.
At my tech company, I've been experimenting with AI to automatically tag and categorize thousands of customer support tickets, which has cut our response time in half and helped identify common pain points. Just last month, we started using GPT to draft initial email responses, but I always have our team review and personalize them to maintain that human touch.
"We’re testing AI-guided mental health check-ins. Some patients want more than a card; they want care. AI makes that scalable."
Aspen Noonan, CEO, Elevate Holistics
Aspen’s systems blend automation with human compassion — scaling a meaningful client experience without losing the heart.
"We’re implementing AI to enhance our internal operations… enabling us to be more responsive and deliver better service to our clients."
Joe Spisak, CEO, Fulfill.com
Joe’s customer success team uses AI to personalize support and instantly match eCommerce brands with ideal 3PL partners — bringing speed and clarity to logistics.
At Fulfill.com, we're leveraging AI across multiple facets of our operations to revolutionize how eCommerce brands find and connect with 3PL partners. Our AI-powered matching algorithm analyzes thousands of data points - from order volumes and SKU counts to geographic requirements and special handling needs - to identify the perfect fulfillment partners for each brand's unique situation.
The 3PL industry has historically been fragmented and opaque, making it challenging for brands to find the right partner. We're using AI to bring transparency and efficiency to this process. For example, we recently helped a fast-growing DTC beauty brand that was struggling with a 3PL that couldn't scale with their holiday volume. Our AI analyzed their needs and quickly matched them with three perfect candidates, saving them weeks of research and countless headaches.
Beyond matching, we're implementing AI to analyze fulfillment performance data across our network. This gives us unprecedented insights into industry benchmarks for metrics like picking accuracy, processing times, and shipping costs. When I was running my previous eCommerce business, this kind of data would have been invaluable - now we're making it accessible to everyone.
We're also using AI to enhance our internal operations. Our customer success team leverages AI tools to provide more personalized support, quickly retrieving relevant information about 3PLs in specific regions or with specialized capabilities. This enables us to be more responsive and deliver better service to our clients.
The future of 3PL partnerships is being shaped by technology, and AI is central to our vision. But we never lose sight of the human element - AI enhances our ability to foster strong relationships between brands and fulfillment providers, creating partnerships that drive growth for both sides.

The real game-changer was implementing an AI chatbot that handles basic member questions 24/7, giving me more time to focus on meaningful interactions and strategic planning.
"Our 'Community Concierge' lives in Discord and Slack... curating UGC and greeting members."
Kristin Marquet, Founder, Marquet Media
Kristin uses multiple AI agents to welcome members, surface insights, and create a more engaged digital community in her brand spaces.
At Marquet Media and FemFounder, I've woven Bradford AI into our strategic DNA—using its generative analytics to build quarterly roadmaps, forecast revenue scenarios, and stress-test our PR and product launches before we draft a press release. Our business intelligence pulls in real-time financial data (campaign spend, client retainer burn rates, projected media ROI) and surfaces margin-optimization insights in Slack each morning, so we can shift budgets on the fly. Meanwhile, a "Strategy Scribe" AI drafts initial workshop outlines for new proprietary frameworks (PRISM Ascendtm, Dual Catalysttm), cutting our prep time in half and freeing the team to focus on high-impact storytelling.
On the content and community side, Bradford AI has become my go-to co-creator and caretaker.
A "Wellness Coach" agent nudges me and my team with micro-break reminders, personalized breathing exercises, and mood-tracking check-ins—helping combat burnout during busy launch cycles.
I use an "Auto-Curriculum" agent for digital products that ingests our branding frameworks and spits out first-draft course modules or workbooks, complete with quiz questions and resource links.
And our "Community Concierge" lives in Discord and Slack, greeting new members, surfacing trending questions, and even curating user-generated stories for newsletter features.
💡 Strategy, Planning & CEO-Level Moves
"With my background in finance, I've been using ChatGPT to analyze market trends and draft preliminary risk assessments, saving me about 3 hours daily
Gregory Rozdeba, CEO, Dundas Wealth
Gregory uses AI to streamline financial strategy and client communication by generating risk assessments and simplifying policy language. He ensures all outputs are tailored to client needs and regulatory standards through manual review and refinement.
With my background in finance, I've been using ChatGPT to analyze market trends and draft preliminary risk assessments, saving me about 3 hours daily. I recently used it to break down complex insurance policies into simple explanations for clients, which boosted our client understanding by 40%. While AI handles the initial analysis, I always review and adjust the outputs to ensure they align with our specific client needs and regulatory requirements
"AI revealed hidden gems in overlooked neighborhoods — three investments are already outperforming by 12%."
Mike Wall, CEO, EZ Sell Homebuyers
Mike uses AI to analyze local market data, rental trends, and property conditions to identify high-growth real estate investments. This strategic use of predictive insights has led to smarter decisions and above-market returns on multiple properties.
I recently integrated an AI tool that analyzes local market data, rental trends, and property conditions to help predict which properties will appreciate fastest in our target neighborhoods. What surprised me most was discovering hidden gems in areas I'd previously overlooked, leading to three successful investments that have already shown 12% above-market returns.
"It’s not about skipping the strategy — it’s about collapsing the time from idea to clarity."
Daniel Haiem, CEO, App Makers LA
Daniel uses AI to quickly prototype, brainstorm app flows, and build high-touch experiences that scale.
As a creator and CEO at AppMakers LA, AI has become deeply woven into nearly every part of how I work—from content creation to internal ops to client strategy. One of the most powerful ways I use AI is in rapid prototyping and brainstorming for client products. When a founder comes to us with a half-formed app idea, I use GPT to help generate early feature flows, user journey scenarios, and even mockup text to get momentum fast. It's not about skipping the strategy—it's about collapsing the time from idea to clarity.
On the content side, I use AI for first-draft blog outlines, email sequences, and client-facing proposals. It helps me get past the blank page and focus on tone and message instead of mechanics. For internal workflows, AI helps us triage feature requests, draft technical documentation, and even predict project timelines based on historical data.
The game-changer, though? We're starting to explore AI agents for client onboarding and support—lightweight assistants that can pre-qualify leads, answer early product questions, and even schedule kickoff calls automatically. It's letting us scale a high-touch experience without adding more humans to every touchpoint.
At the end of the day, AI isn't replacing the creative spark—it's giving us more space to use it where it matters. It's leverage, not a shortcut. And that distinction is everything.
"AI has transformed how we deliver strategic financial guidance — automating the day-to-day while unlocking insights that fuel smarter decisions."
Taryn Pumphrey, President, Ledger Lift
Taryn uses AI to automate bookkeeping, streamline tax compliance, and flag key financial patterns for her clients. From automated alerts before tax deadlines to transaction insights that improve cash flow, AI helps her firm move beyond manual entry to high-impact financial strategy.
In my bookkeeping business, AI has become a game changer for managing both strategy and efficiency. We use AI to automate and streamline bookkeeping processes, like transaction categorization and financial reporting, which reduces the time and energy required for manual data entry.
This not only speeds up monthly bookkeeping tasks but also minimizes human error, ensuring our clients' financial data is as accurate as possible. Additionally, AI powered tools help with tax calculations and compliance tracking, which is vital for our clients, especially when it comes to complex tax regulations.
AI also supports our client communications by enabling quicker response times through automated reporting and alerts. For instance, when tax deadlines or important financial milestones approach, our clients receive timely reminders, keeping them on track without requiring constant manual follow up.
This automation frees up our team to focus on higher level strategic guidance, providing clients with personalized advice based on their unique financial situation. For small businesses, this means less stress and more clarity when managing their financial obligations.
Furthermore, AI helps us identify patterns in client financials, offering insights that might not be immediately obvious. By analyzing trends and anomalies in cash flow, we can proactively recommend adjustments or optimizations, ensuring that businesses stay on top of their financial health.
Whether it's helping a small startup manage its cash flow or supporting an e commerce business with complex revenue streams, AI tools allow us to deliver tailored advice quickly and effectively. It is that AI not only helps reduce the day to day stress of financial management but also empowers them with accurate insights and proactive guidance.
With AI working behind the scenes, we can offer high quality, efficient services that allow business owners to focus more on growth and less on financial chaos.
"I trained AI on our past data to predict seasonal trends — it now spots cash flow dips before I do."
Karl Threadgold, Managing Director, Threadgold Consulting
Karl leverages AI for financial forecasting and expense tracking, reducing monthly bookkeeping from 15 hours to 3. While the model alerts him to trends and anomalies, he still reviews key numbers manually to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
I learned to leverage AI for financial forecasting by training a model on our historical data, which now helps predict seasonal trends and potential cash flow issues with surprising accuracy. When I combined this with AI-powered expense tracking, it cut our monthly bookkeeping time from 15 hours to just 3, though I always double-check the important numbers myself.
"Just last week, I used AI to analyze market trends and create three different growth scenarios for our next product launch."
Alexander Liebisch, Founder, TinderProfile

"Our platform integrates machine learning with advanced computational chemistry to automate the design and optimization of novel compounds… AI didn't just speed things up — it uncovered new directions the teams hadn't even considered."
Matt Beck, Co-Founder and Director, ModelMole Ltd
Matt uses AI as the backbone of a cutting-edge drug discovery platform, enabling smaller biotech companies to iterate faster, explore new data in real time, and bring promising therapies to life — all without billion-dollar lab budgets.
At ModelMole, we use artificial intelligence not as a buzzword, but as the foundation of our mission to make drug discovery faster, smarter, and radically more accessible. The traditional approach to designing new therapeutics is slow, expensive, and often narrowly focused, conditions that have made pharmaceutical innovation increasingly out of reach for smaller players. AI is how we're changing that.
Our platform integrates machine learning with advanced computational chemistry to automate the design and optimization of novel compounds. What sets us apart is not just our technical knowledge, but our philosophy: we believe that high-impact discovery shouldn't require billion-dollar budgets. Rather than focusing on a single disease area or molecule class, our AI is built to be adaptive, capable of exploring diverse chemical spaces across therapeutic domains. This gives our partners a powerful tool to generate and refine drug candidates faster than ever before.
But the real key lies in our self-driven system: AI models that don't just interpret existing datasets, they generate new data in real time. That means going beyond historic data to explore what hasn't been tried yet. We use AI to simulate biological responses, predict efficacy, and continuously iterate on designs, dramatically reducing the need for trial-and-error experimentation in a wet lab.
This capability is especially transformational for small and mid-sized biotech companies, who often have bold ideas but limited resources. With ModelMole, these innovators can run rapid virtual experiments, pivot strategies on the fly, and bring new therapies to life without being bottlenecked by cost or infrastructure.
In partnership with two European biotech firms, our platform helped deliver promising peptide candidates at a fraction of the traditional timeline. AI didn't just speed things up, it uncovered new directions the teams hadn't even considered.
"AI helps us analyze trends, simulate customer journeys, and automate strategy briefs… That’s how I saved 40+ hours last quarter."
Sahil Gandhi, Brand Strategist, Brand Professor
Sahil leverages AI to automate research, strategy development, and positioning work — saving time and sharpening strategic output.
What I really think is if you are a creator or founder in 2025 and you are not using AI, you are leaving both time and money on the table. As a business brand strategist, I use AI in five key areas every week:
SEO content mapping using AI keyword clustering
Positioning development through analysis of competitive keyword gaps
Brand sentiment tracking via AI agents scanning competitor and audience activity
Client briefing automation by extracting insights from past strategy sessions
Customer journey simulation to test conversion paths before launching campaigns
The biggest impact? I saved over 40 hours last quarter by automating prep and ideation tasks. That gave me space to focus purely on strategic work and client outcomes.
AI is not just about speed. It is about freeing your mind to focus on what only you can do. That is the real edge.
"AI tools like Tableau predict booking trends, guiding budget decisions — saved us $10,000 last quarter."
Chris Brewer, Managing Director, Best Retreats
Chris uses AI to analyze booking data, flag risks, and inform financial decisions — blending operational efficiency with brand safety.
We leverage AI agents like Jasper to draft retreat safety guides, cutting writing time by at least 50%. Human edits add our gritty voice, ensuring authenticity—our Peru guide's traffic spiked 20%. For community, AI analyzes user reviews, flagging concerns fast, like a dodgy retreat's red flags, saving us from PR disasters.
In strategy, AI tools like Tableau predict booking trends, guiding budget decisions—saved us $10,000 last quarter. I recommend using AI for drafts and data, but always refine with your unique perspective to actually stand out.

"We use AI analytics to track shifts, support risk modeling, and shape our roadmap."
Alexander De Ridder, Co-Founder, SmythOS
Alexander uses AI across product, finance, and team ops, and treats AI like a teammate embedded in every strategic decision.
At SmythOS, AI is woven into everything we do. Strategically, we use AI analytics to track market shifts and user behavior, helping us shape our roadmap. In finance, autonomous agents support risk modeling and investment decisions.
On the content side, our marketing team uses AI to generate blogs, social posts, and even video scripts.
We're also testing AI moderators to help manage our growing developer community of 7,000+.
And personally, I use Claude 3.7 Sonnet to speed up coding tasks—it's become a key part of my daily workflow.

"I learned the real power of AI when I started using it to analyze pitch decks and investment proposals, saving me hours of initial screening."
Bennett Maxwell, CEO, Franchise KI
Bennett uses AI as a filter for reviewing startup pitches quickly and spotting trends before deeper review.
I learned the real power of AI when I started using it to analyze pitch decks and investment proposals, saving me hours of initial screening while catching patterns I might've missed. Rather than replacing my decision-making, I use AI as my first-pass filter and brainstorming buddy, especially when I'm reviewing 50+ startup proposals each week.
"We've integrated AI across every part of our new business... but not all tools deliver. The best results come when human strategy meets AI execution."
James Murray, Founder, Buddy Run
James uses AI across engineering and marketing but prioritizes human-led strategy over hype.
We've integrated AI across every part of our new business, from engineering to marketing to investor relations. Twelve months ago, we would've needed to hire an entire team of engineers; now, AI handles a lot of tasks from code optimization to debugging, allowing us to stay lean. On the marketing side, it's transformed lead generation, content creation, and even investor outreach.
But the truth is not all AI tools deliver what they promise. The market is flooded with shiny new platforms desperate for first users, many are just empty shells with no real substance. We've learned to test rigorously before committing, because a slick demo doesn't always mean a useful product.
Companies should leverage AI where it truly enhances efficiency, but never outsource your core judgment. The best results come when human strategy meets AI execution.
"AI has become a second brain across the board — from building product strategy to automating financial planning."

It's not just about speed—it's about freeing up mental space to focus on what actually moves the needle.
"As a financial advisor, I've found AI incredibly helpful in scanning market trends and flagging investment opportunities."
Edward Piazza, President, Titan Funding
Edward enhances his decision-making with AI insights that preemptively saved client portfolios.
As a financial advisor, I've found AI incredibly helpful in scanning market trends and flagging investment opportunities that match my clients' risk profiles. Just last month, our AI analysis tool spotted a pattern in small-cap stocks that helped us adjust portfolios before a market shift, saving clients an average of 12% in potential losses. I'm careful to use AI as a supplemental tool rather than letting it make final decisions - it's about enhancing my judgment, not replacing it.
💸 Sales, Funnels & AI That Closes Deals
"I've been experimenting with AI tools... it helped identify engagement patterns I was totally missing."
Daniel Trotter, Co-Founder, PPC Geeks
Daniel uses AI to brainstorm creative angles and analyze engagement data for higher campaign reach.
I've been experimenting with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to brainstorm marketing angles I wouldn't have thought of myself - it's like having a creative partner to bounce ideas off of. Recently, I used AI to analyze our top-performing social posts and it helped identify engagement patterns I was totally missing, which led to a 40% boost in our reach. While I still handle the strategic decisions, I love using AI to handle the data-heavy lifting and get fresh perspectives on my campaigns.
"AI automates our scheduling, reminders, and service recommendations — creating a smoother, more personalized customer journey."
Francis Daniels, Founder & CEO, TurfPro
Francis uses AI in appointment reminders, lawn care personalization, and financial tracking — turning a manual-heavy business into a smooth and scalable service.
AI has been a game changer for us at TurfPro, helping streamline operations and improve customer service. One of the ways we've utilized AI is through automated scheduling and communication tools. For example, we use AI powered systems to send out timely reminders to our customers about upcoming lawn care appointments, along with helpful tips on seasonal maintenance. This keeps our clients engaged and aware of how we can help them maintain the best lawn possible, while also freeing up our team to focus on providing top quality service in the field.
AI also plays a role in how we manage our client data. With AI, we're able to analyze the health of clients' lawns based on past service history, weather patterns, and seasonal trends. This helps us send personalized recommendations for fertilization or mowing schedules, ensuring that each client receives the most relevant care for their lawn's unique needs. This level of personalization strengthens the relationship with our clients, showing them that we understand their lawn care needs on a deeper level and that we're committed to delivering exceptional results.
On the business side, AI has helped us optimize our financial processes. We've implemented AI tools to track expenses, automate invoicing, and even forecast our cash flow based on seasonal trends. This allows us to make more informed decisions and stay on top of our financial health, ultimately helping us grow without sacrificing service quality. It's not just about working smarter it's about running a more sustainable and efficient business. It is that they get a more personalized, responsive, and efficient service.
Lawn care can be a hassle, but by integrating AI into our workflow, we're able to offer a smoother experience that benefits both us and our customers. It's all about making sure their lawns are well cared for while we focus on what we do best providing professional, high quality landscaping services.
"We use it for brainstorming, summarizing research, and even personalizing email outreach... It's about augmenting human creativity and efficiency."
Amir Husen, Content Writer & SEO Specialist, ICS Legal
Amir uses AI to increase the personalization of content, email outreach, and ad optimization — enhancing creative flow and conversion strategies.
"As a Content Writer, I see creators and CEOs leveraging AI across the board. Strategically, AI helps analyze market trends and identify content gaps. In finance, it's used for forecasting and optimizing ad spend.
For content, AI assists in drafting initial blog posts, generating social media copy, and creating video scripts, freeing up time for deeper creative work.
We use it for brainstorming, summarizing research, and even personalizing email outreach for community building. AI agents are also emerging to automate routine tasks like customer service inquiries or scheduling.
It's about augmenting human creativity and efficiency, not replacing it.
📚 AI in Courses, Learning & Client Results
"AI is revolutionizing my method of teaching yoga — more personalized, more accessible, and still rooted in tradition."
Timothy Burgin, Founder, Yoga Basics
Timothy uses AI to personalize practices, write content, and give students a deeper connection to yoga.
AI has become a fundamental tool in my strategy for disseminating yoga to the world. I employ AI to automate content generation and improve the learning process for students. Composing articles and blog entries on yoga philosophy, mindfulness, and physical practice is time-consuming, but AI has assisted by creating first drafts or even outlines from popular topics. This helps me focus on making the messages clearer and developing more insights into what I deliver so that all content pieces are within the basics of yoga.
Individual practice of yoga has a huge benefit in AI. With AI-based platforms, I am able to offer tailor-made practices for my students according to their unique needs and goals. These platforms evaluate the physical capabilities and interests of users, giving them personalized yoga routines or meditation practices. With this technology, a more personalized method of practice is developed for practitioners that suit them as beginners or experienced yogis alike, yielding a more profound, effective practice that they connect with on an individual basis.
AI is also utilized to track general well-being. Through the application of AI within wearables, students can monitor their physical and mental well-being metrics. Through this, I am able to give more individualized instruction, whether it's for bettering posture, de-stressing, or improving mindfulness. AI is revolutionizing my method of teaching yoga, enabling me to teach more widely available, more customized, and data-driven, and yet maintain the classical essence of the practice.
"AI acts like a 24/7 tutor, adapting lessons to each student's needs while teachers stay focused on deeper learning."
David Cornado, Partner, French Teachers Association of Hong Kong
David uses AI to personalize online learning by adjusting course content in real time based on student performance and style. This approach has boosted course completion rates by 30%, while human educators continue to provide emotional support and handle complex questions.
I've integrated AI into our online courses to create personalized learning paths based on each student's progress and learning style. When a student struggles with a concept, our AI system automatically suggests different explanations or practice exercises - kind of like having a 24/7 tutor.
While the results have been great, with completion rates up 30%, I make sure to keep human teachers involved for emotional support and complex problem-solving.
"AI is simply making our processes more innovative and more efficient."
Justin Landis, Founder, Justin Landis Group
Justin’s team uses AI to analyze data, generate learning resources, and train real estate agents more effectively.
As the founder of a residential real estate team, I'm always looking for ways to enhance the client experience, and AI has been a game-changer for us. On the strategy side, AI helps us analyze market trends more efficiently, giving our clients real-time data that they can rely on to make informed decisions. It's also improving how we manage our communication with clients. AI tools allow us to follow up faster and ensure that we're always on top of client needs, whether they're looking to buy or sell.
In terms of content, AI is helping us generate relevant materials, from blog posts to property descriptions, more efficiently. It's freed up our team to focus on what truly matters, building relationships and providing top-notch service. We're even using AI for training our agents. By incorporating AI-driven courses, we can offer personalized development that's tailored to each agent's learning pace and style.
On the wellness side, we're mindful of how AI can contribute to work-life balance. It helps automate tedious tasks, which reduces burnout and allows our team to focus on personal well-being and maintaining a healthy work environment. AI is simply making our processes more innovative and more efficient.
"Copilot helps me explain complex code to non-tech teams—our API docs finally make sense to marketing."
Or Moshe, Founder and Developer, Tevello
Or uses GitHub Copilot not only to speed up coding and debugging but also to translate technical jargon into accessible language for team-wide clarity and faster collaboration.
As a developer, I'm using GitHub Copilot to help write and debug code faster, but what's really cool is how I've started using it to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members. Last week, it helped me create clear documentation for our API that actually made sense to our marketing team, saving hours of back-and-forth explanations.
"AI-powered automation handles invoicing and cash flow forecasts, reducing errors and freeing up resources... Overall, AI lets me focus more on growth and innovation while handling repetitive tasks efficiently."
Nikita Sherbina, Co-Founder & CEO, AIScreen
I use AI across multiple aspects of my business to streamline operations and boost creativity. In strategy, AI helps analyze market trends and customer behavior, allowing me to make smarter, data-driven decisions.
For content creation, AI tools assist with generating ideas and drafting outlines, saving me time while keeping quality high.
On the finance side, AI-powered automation handles invoicing and cash flow forecasts, reducing errors and freeing up resources.
I've also integrated AI agents for customer support, which provide quick responses and improve engagement. For wellness, AI-driven apps help me monitor team well-being and suggest personalized mindfulness practices.
Lastly, AI enhances our community building by analyzing engagement patterns, helping us tailor communications to keep our audience connected.
Overall, AI lets me focus more on growth and innovation while handling repetitive tasks efficiently.
"I've developed courses and micro-learning content using Synthesia and Kajabi, with AI creating scripts and avatars."
Kaushal Kishor, CEO, Clearcatnet
Kaushal uses AI across video scripting, instructor avatars, and curriculum generation—drastically accelerating content production and education delivery.
As a digital marketer and business owner, I've woven AI into nearly every aspect of how I run and grow my business. From strategy and content creation to customer experience and internal operations, AI has become more than just a tool—it's a daily collaborator. I use AI platforms like ChatGPT and Jasper to draft content for blogs, SEO pages, ad copy, and even LinkedIn posts. It's dramatically reduced the time it takes to go from idea to publishable content while maintaining a high standard of quality. For SEO, I pair these tools with optimization platforms like SurferSEO to ensure every piece ranks well and serves user intent.
On the operational side, AI agents have helped streamline lead generation and customer engagement through intelligent chatbots and automated email workflows. Tools like HubSpot and Intercom allow me to personalize messages, qualify leads, and nurture relationships without relying heavily on human intervention. AI also plays a significant role in strategy. I use it to analyze market trends, build pitch decks, and brainstorm new business ideas—almost like having a virtual strategist on hand 24/7.
AI has also empowered me to scale educational offerings. I've developed courses and micro-learning content with the help of platforms like Synthesia and Kajabi, using AI to create video scripts, presentations, and even avatar-based instructors. This not only speeds up course production but also enhances user engagement. In community building, AI helps summarize conversations, generate discussion prompts, and automate event follow-ups, making platforms like Circle and Discord more interactive and engaging.
Creatively, I lean on tools like Midjourney and Canva's AI features to produce visuals, product mockups, and branded social content—often within minutes. Altogether, AI hasn't just optimized my workflow; it's reshaped how I think about scaling, innovating, and delivering value. It's not just about automation anymore—it's about amplification, personalization, and speed.
🌿 Wellness, Mindset & Time Freedom With AI
"AI is a way to enhance — not replace — the human relationship at the heart of healing."
Dr. Sam Zand, CEO, Anywhere Clinic
Dr. Sam combines AI with therapy to expand access and reduce stress for clients and clinicians.
I'm Dr. Sam Zand, a holistic psychiatrist and founder of Anywhere Clinic, where we integrate mind-body healing with modern innovation to transform mental health care. As a clinic, we've embraced AI in several ways to streamline our operations, enhance patient engagement, and expand access to compassionate support.
We use Slack-integrated AI to manage internal communications, triage patient inquiries, and keep our team aligned across departments. Our AI assistant helps staff stay organized with task follow-ups, scheduling cues, and clinical coordination. We've also developed an AI chatbot powered by Anywhere Clinic, which supports patients with therapeutic check-ins, reflective prompts, and educational resources in between sessions—creating a bridge between tech and human care.
Beyond logistics, we actively encourage AI-assisted therapy tools for providers and patients alike. Whether it's helping clients track their emotional patterns, generate affirmations, or prepare thoughts before a session, we see AI as a way to enhance—not replace—the human relationship at the heart of healing. Our mission is to make mental health care more proactive, personal, and accessible, and AI is a key part of that vision.
"AI helps me spot patterns in sleep, stress, and activity so I can coach clients more effectively — it's like having a second set of eyes on their health journey."
Taylor Murphy, Director of Community Outreach, Brighter Start Health
Taylor uses AI health tracking to personalize fitness and nutrition coaching. By analyzing sleep, stress, and activity patterns, she uncovers deeper behavioral insights and delivers more targeted guidance that improves overall client wellness.
I've integrated AI health tracking into my wellness coaching business, using it to analyze client sleep and activity patterns to create more personalized workout and nutrition plans. What's really exciting is how the AI helps spot trends I might miss, like how a client's stress levels affect their meal choices, which lets me make more impactful recommendations during our sessions.
"AI allows us to provide faster, more accurate diagnoses, enhance the aesthetic outcomes of treatments, and ensure our patients experience the highest level of comfort."
Neda Hovaizi, Business Owner & Dentist, Lumiere Dental Spa
Neda uses AI in diagnostics, cosmetic dentistry planning, and patient comfort tools at Lumiere Dental Spa. By combining predictive modeling, personalized treatment visualization, and stress-reduction tech, her team delivers luxury care that blends high-tech precision with deep compassion.
At Lumiere Dental Spa, AI is transforming the way we deliver personalized dental care, ensuring our patients receive the highest quality services in the most efficient and comfortable manner.
By incorporating AI into our diagnostic tools, we are able to identify dental issues earlier and more accurately, providing patients with customized treatment plans that address their unique needs. From routine checkups to complex cosmetic procedures, AI helps us enhance the precision and effectiveness of every treatment.
For example, when it comes to cosmetic treatments like smile makeovers or teeth whitening, AI helps us predict the outcomes of various procedures and visualize the results before any work is done. This allows us to discuss options with patients more clearly and set realistic expectations, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
By using AI powered tools, we can optimize the color, shape, and alignment of teeth, offering a truly personalized experience. AI also plays a role in improving patient comfort. At Lumiere Dental Spa, we use advanced AI driven technology to manage dental anxiety and pain, making every visit as stress free as possible.

Ultimately, our goal at Lumiere Dental Spa is to offer a seamless blend of cutting edge technology and compassionate care. AI allows us to provide faster, more accurate diagnoses, enhance the aesthetic outcomes of treatments, and ensure our patients experience the highest level of comfort. At Studio Three, we believe that combining AI with human expertise creates the best environment for fitness. Our trainers and AI work together to ensure that each member receives not only expert led classes but also a personalized fitness experience that challenges and nurtures them. "AI video analysis helps us spot subtle stress signals in pets, improving our therapy success rate by 25%."
Mark Spivak, Founder, Comprehensive Pet Therapy (CPT)
Mark uses AI to analyze pet behavior during therapy sessions, tracking micro-patterns of stress that enhance treatment outcomes. He suggests starting small with AI to avoid overwhelm while still unlocking meaningful gains.
I discovered that using AI video analysis helps identify subtle patterns in pet behavior during therapy sessions that we might miss. We've started recording sessions and running them through an AI tool that tracks stress signals, which has improved our success rate with anxious animals by about 25%. I recommend starting small with AI - maybe just one aspect of your work - because it can be overwhelming to implement too many tools at once.
"I use AI for everything from auto-scheduling workouts to brainstorming blog ideas—it’s all about the right prompt."
Ashley Hill, Marketing Consultant and Web Designer, ashleyidesign
Ashley blends wellness and productivity with AI tools that create tailored workout plans, content outlines, and creative sparks for client work. She emphasizes that the real magic happens when you prompt with precision.
I use AI for a whole plethora of things, from AI-based workout programs that can, based on past data, automatically schedule workouts for me based on my goals, to creating outlines of new blog content to helping to brainstorm ideas for client projects. I find it's most useful when you know how to prompt it correctly to get the answer you want.
"I’ve used AI to schedule work around my energy, not just the clock… That balance keeps me from feeling overwhelmed."
Natalia Lavrenenko, Marketing Manager, Rathly Marketing
Natalia leverages AI to align creative work with her personal energy rhythms — enabling flow and family balance without sacrificing productivity.
We use AI every day to stay ahead without burning out. I rely on it to build first drafts for client emails, plan UGC video outlines, and even sort through creative briefs. When you're juggling multiple creators and tight timelines, having an AI draft content frees up space for review and refinement. It's not perfect, but it gets us 70% of the way fast, and that's huge.
I've also used AI to schedule work around my energy, not just the clock. As a mom of two, I batch creative work during quiet hours and let AI handle prep work like research or scripting while I'm busy with my kids. That balance keeps me from feeling overwhelmed.
"I set up a system that nudges me when I skip breaks... Even as a CEO, I need to care for myself too."
Erin Siemek, CEO, Forge Digital Marketing
Erin’s wellness-focused AI use includes self-care reminders and community prompts that spark authentic, emotionally resonant discussions.
For me, integrating AI into my business has felt a bit like hiring a silent partner who never sleeps. I first started using AI to analyze patterns in my financial data, hoping to spot trends I might miss after a long day.
One evening, the system flagged a subtle dip in engagement right before a product launch-something I would have chalked up to random chance. That insight led me to tweak my launch timing, and the results spoke for themselves.
In the realm of community, I've experimented with AI-driven prompts that spark deeper conversations in our private groups. Instead of generic icebreakers, the AI tailors questions based on recent discussions, which has led to some of the most honest and surprising exchanges we've ever had.
I still remember the day someone shared a breakthrough after responding to an AI-suggested prompt about overcoming fear in business.
I've set up a simple system that nudges me when I skip too many breaks or haven't moved in hours. It's a gentle reminder that, even as a CEO, I need to care for myself as much as I care for my business.
"AI isn’t replacing the human side of what we do — it’s supporting it, giving us time and insight to do the hard human work that recovery demands."
Andy Danec, Owner, Ridgeline Recovery LLC
Andy uses AI across intake, triage, SEO-driven content planning, financial forecasting, and even internal wellness monitoring. By integrating AI into both operations and team care, Ridgeline Recovery saves time while deepening its impact in behavioral health.
As the owner of Ridgeline Recovery, an addiction treatment center, I never thought I'd be this deep into conversations about AI. But it's not just a tech trend — it's become a real, tangible asset in how we operate, serve, and grow.
One of the most effective ways we've integrated AI is through automated intake and triage. Using an AI-enhanced CRM, we're able to prioritize leads based on urgency, location, insurance compatibility, and care needs. It doesn't just save time — it ensures we get the right help to the right people, faster.
We also use AI tools in content planning. Our marketing team leverages predictive analytics and natural language models to shape our blog strategy, which plays a major role in SEO and community outreach. It's helped us reach families and individuals who might never have found us otherwise.
From a financial angle, we've implemented AI-driven forecasting tools to better manage cash flow and predict insurance reimbursement trends. That's critical in behavioral health, where delays in payment can be crippling.
But one of the more personal and unexpected uses? Wellness monitoring. We've begun experimenting with AI tools that help our team — especially our case managers — flag burnout signs based on behavioral inputs. It's not perfect, but it's another layer of care for the people who are caring for others every day.
AI isn't replacing the human side of what we do — it's supporting it. It's giving us back time and insight so we can do the hard human work that recovery demands.
"AI has become my quiet collaborator — catching finance leaks, sparking creativity, and reminding me to pause before burnout hits."
Silvia Angeloro, Executive Coach, Resume Mentor
Silvia uses AI to track financial anomalies, break through content ruts, and support wellness. A forgotten subscription was flagged before it drained more funds, while creative prompts from AI turned into viral community challenges. AI even nudges her to take breaks, helping her stay grounded as a coach and entrepreneur.
AI has become my quiet collaborator, especially in the messier corners of running a business that rarely make it into highlight reels. In finance, for example, I started using AI to flag unusual spending patterns in our accounts.
There was a week when it caught a series of tiny, recurring charges that turned out to be an old subscription we'd all forgotten. That single alert saved us hours of manual review and a surprising amount of money.
On the creative side, I lean on AI to help me break through the mental walls that come with content ruts. When I feel stuck, I'll ask for a wild take or an unexpected analogy, and the responses often spark ideas I never would have reached alone. One of our most popular community challenges actually grew out of an AI-generated prompt that made me laugh out loud.
Perhaps most unexpectedly, AI has helped me manage my own wellness. I use a simple agent to nudge me when my calendar is getting overloaded or when I haven't taken a break. It's a small thing, but those reminders have helped me build healthier habits and keep burnout at bay.
"AI helps us adjust recovery plans in real time, so our clients heal faster and more precisely."
Paul Roscioli, Chiropractic Physician, Owner, Main Line Disc / Rehab2Wellness

Whether someone is recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or simply working on improving their mobility, AI gives us insights that allow us to adjust their treatment plans in real time, optimizing recovery and progress.
AI also helps us track patient progress in a way that's both efficient and thorough. By monitoring movement patterns and identifying areas of improvement, we can provide more precise feedback and adjust our exercises or wellness recommendations as needed. This data driven approach not only accelerates recovery but also ensures that every client is moving toward their goals in the safest, most effective way possible.
Our clients, like Mark, a post surgery patient, have seen incredible results with this AI powered support. His program was customized to target specific areas affected by his surgery, and thanks to AI's real time data analysis, we were able to adjust his exercises regularly. Over time, he regained strength and mobility faster than expected, which he attributes to the precision of his treatment plan.
Stories like Mark's are why we integrate AI into our holistic approach to rehabilitation it's about more than just exercises it's about providing the right care at the right time. Rehab2Wellness is built on the belief that rehabilitation is personal, and AI allows us to offer an even deeper level of personalization.
It's the perfect tool to complement our holistic approach, combining physical therapy with lifestyle adjustments. With AI on our side, we can help people recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and live healthier, more independent lives.

Neda Hovaizi, Clinical Director, Lumi Aesthetics
Neda integrates AI to enhance non-invasive aesthetic treatments by analyzing skin types, predicting outcomes, and tracking progress. This blend of advanced technology and expert care delivers personalized beauty plans with optimized, natural-looking results in a luxurious and safe environment.
At Lumi Aesthetics, we are embracing AI to elevate our approach to aesthetic treatments, ensuring each client receives the most personalized and effective care. AI plays a vital role in streamlining our patient consultations, analyzing skin types, and helping us create tailored treatment plans that target individual concerns.
By integrating AI with our expertise in non invasive procedures, we can offer more precise and efficient treatments, ensuring optimal results for every client.

This advanced technology allows us to fine tune our approach to match each client's unique needs, providing them with a smoother, more youthful appearance without the risk of overcorrection.
We also use AI driven tools to track progress over time, making adjustments to the treatment plan as necessary to achieve the best results.
At Lumi Aesthetics, our commitment to using the latest technology ensures that our clients experience not only outstanding results but also a luxurious, comfortable environment. AI helps us maintain this balance by enhancing patient safety and reducing the likelihood of complications.
This is especially important in non invasive body contouring treatments like CoolSculpting, where precision is key in achieving natural looking, sculpted results.
Overall, the integration of AI is a game changer in our clinic. It allows us to combine the artistry of aesthetics with the accuracy of technology, offering clients a truly personalized and transformative experience. By incorporating AI into our practice, we can confidently help clients enhance their natural beauty while ensuring safety, comfort, and the highest standards of care.
"AI helps us support mental wellness around the clock, while therapists focus on deeper healing."
Dr. Mareba Lewis, Licensed Professional Counselor, Your Journey Counseling and Wellness
Dr. Lewis uses AI to analyze mood patterns and journal entries to tailor wellness plans. Her team also added a 24/7 AI chatbot for emotional support and meditation, allowing therapists to dedicate more time to complex emotional care.
I've found AI incredibly helpful in creating tailored mental wellness programs by analyzing patterns in client journal entries and mood tracking data. Recently, we implemented an AI chatbot that provides 24/7 basic emotional support and meditation guidance, serving as a helpful complement to our human therapists. I recommend focusing on using AI for the repetitive tasks while preserving human interaction for deeper emotional support and complex situations.
