My Journey with Therapy, EMDR, EFT

My transformation from the inside out includes a walk of Fear to Faith, Devaluing to Purity, Self Hate to Love, Corporate to Calling, Lies to Love, Pain to Purpose, and Bondage to Freedom.

Prayer is powerful and rising up to be a Warrior Woman is paramount to possibilities. At the same time, we are human beings living practical life. Whether our goal is losing weight and/or financial freedom, it requires aligned faith, feelings, and focus. When we focus on aligning our actions with our vision, inevitably healing opportunities come up with our self-sabotage, worth, and identity.

Throughout my personal journey, I have experienced therapy on three separate occasions for a year straight each time including EMDR. I will definitely be aligned with a therapist again. I am currently focused on prayer, an Inner Child Workbook, EFT, and seeking community.

Not a single area of my life is untouched with transformation from the inside out.

Therapy: Guided Healing and Growth

Therapy offers a multitude of benefits, including improved self-awareness, enhanced coping skills, and personal growth. It provides a safe space for individuals to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, ultimately leading to a deeper understanding of oneself.

Many people experience reduced anxiety, depression, and stress through therapy. It may help individuals navigate relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions effectively.

In each and every year I spent in therapy, I have gained countless transformations from the investments of time and wealth. I did therapy at Mount Paran Church via Richmont Counseling, as well as online during 2020.

Embrace Your Masculine Strength

EMDR has shown remarkable results in treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and trauma-related experiences. Through guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation, individuals can reprocess traumatic memories and reduce associated distress.

EMDR facilitates a shift in perspective, allowing individuals to heal from past traumas and develop adaptive coping mechanisms. The notable outcomes of EMDR include reduced emotional reactivity, improved self-esteem, and a sense of empowerment.

I did EMDR combined with talk therapy cerca 2018 for a year. It absolutely helped me recognize themes in my life, process past memories and trauma as an adult, and move towards freedom.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT):

Tapping into Emotional Balance

Tapping into Emotional Balance EFT has been known to produce significant results in managing emotional issues. By tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on emotional challenges, individuals can experience relief from anxiety, phobias, and traumatic memories.

EFT helps to release energy blockages and restore emotional balance. It helps you shift negative thoughts to positive thoughts connected to your body (Romans 12:2). It empowers individuals to take control of their emotional well-being and develop effective self-help tools for ongoing support.

I started doing EFT about three years ago occasionally. This year, I have avidly increased prayer, journaling, and EFT 5-7+ times a week. Each self-guided EFT session takes about 5-10 min. From my own personal experience, it has helped me both transform my thinking and how my body feels.

It is Okay to Not Be Okay

Therapy, EMDR, and EFT are powerful therapeutic approaches that offer transformative benefits for emotional healing and personal growth.

Therapy provides a supportive environment for self-exploration and improved well-being. EMDR targets traumatic experiences, facilitating their reprocessing and fostering resilience. Each modality offers unique advantages and can yield remarkable results. EFT harnesses the power of acupressure to restore emotional balance and alleviate distress. When considering therapy, EMDR, and EFT, it is important to pray, journal, and check in with yourself. When you consider any professionals, evaluate for alignment with their beliefs and approach to determine if they are a fit for you. For example, for me, it is important I align to faith-based and female professionals that are compassionate, passionate, and purposeful.

While costs may vary, investing in your emotional well-being is invaluable. Embrace these therapeutic modalities, unlock your emotional healing, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

Remember, transformation is required to create a life and business you love.
