5 Things I Am Grateful for in 2022

As I reflect on 2022, I am in shock and awe that it is already November. Anyone else?

I want to take a moment to pause and reflect to recap all that I am grateful for this year.

What would all of us look like if we practiced gratitude in every moment? It is so easy for me and us to spiral on what did not happen yesterday or what we are afraid won't happen tomorrow. When we are like children focusing on the gift that is the present fully and completely, we leave no room for the lies, depression, and anxiety.

At the same time, I am and you are not perfect so it is paramount to practice celebrating progress. It is with that intention, that I invite you to celebrate 5 Things I Am Grateful for in 2022.

What are you grateful now? Challenge yourself to journal 5 Things You Are Grateful For in 2022.

5 Things I Am Grateful For

No matter where you are in your journey with passion and purpose, gratitude and grace elevates us all to limitless levels. Who doesn't want and need more gratitude and grace in our lives?

I won't lie and say it is easy every time to practice gratitude and grace. I, like many over achievers, am incredibly hard on myself. However, I am proud of myself for the impact of the practice over the years.

I remind myself always of my favorite scripture 1 John 4:18 - Perfect Love Drives Out All Fear

1 Vision Focus

The vision I cast every year helps set the GPS for where I am headed. Vision will do the same for you. I am so grateful for creating and receiving aligned vision in 2022 like community and coming back to having a base in Atlanta again in 2022.

2 Family Travels

The pandemic shifted us all as a human race professionally and personally in countless ways. One of the ways included families not seeing one another (or being immersed with family). I experienced not seeing my parents and immediate family for almost two years. As a result, I am grateful for family travels to Portugal, Bulgaria, and Turkey.

3 Community Connections

I am incredibly grateful for community connections like Transformation Church, Social Curator, B School, and countless others in 2022. I am incredibly grateful for beautiful souls all around the world that I met in 2022, and that I have had in my life for years!

No matter where I am in the world, community online and live I share in 75+ Tips to Create a Life and Business I Love have helped fill my soul in more ways than one.

4 Launches in Business

I am so grateful for learning + action in 2022 including influencer management and online launches. I readily see how much I have grown in aligned, vulnerable, and decisive action.

5 Global Travels

How could I not be grateful for a full-time travel in 2020-22? My travels in 2022 continued with Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Portugal, Bulgaria, Turkey, and a Virgin Voyages Cruise! I reached travel to 36 countries in 2022!

Stay tuned, there may be more travels in store before 2022 ends (or when 2023 begins!)

Gratitude in 2022

No matter what is going on in and around you, there is always something to be grateful for.

Practice presence, gratitude, and grace in this journey of the human experience. After all, the alternatives are much worse for us and our world.
