Run Towards Your Goals
How do we take action towards our goals, and creating a life we love?
First, any energy we spend complaining or worrying, we reallocate to take positive and progressive action towards what we want.
To be clear, this refers to the actions we take in our lives. Are the actions smart?
What kind of health do you want?
What kind of wealth do you want?
What relationships do you want?
Do you want to fire your boss? Do you want to be debt free? Do you want to travel?
Are YOU doing what is bringing you closer to what you say you want?
Are YOU kind of doing it, or are YOU RUNNING towards your goals?
In our health, it is easy to do what is easy e.g. fast food, follow the crowd, drink socially.
Stop and ask yourself any time you even think about doing those things:
1) Is this moving me closer or further away to my goals?
2) How may times have I done x this month?
An example would be being clean with your food and workouts all week, and then on the weekend "treating yourself" all weekend. I used to do this years ago, and know first hand it is super easy to not only cancel all the work you did all week, but put yourself in a deficit with your "treats".
With your health, it truly is 80% nutrition, and 20% fitness. I remember years ago "kind of" following a meal plan, "kind of" working out, "kind of" treating myself every other weekend.
Then wondering, why I wasn't achieving the goals I wanted.
Quite simply it was me. Once I started running towards my goals with consistent action, with following the meal plan, drinking my Herbalife shakes, and doing my workouts, the results continued to show up. Then one day, when I looked at my picture, I didn't even recognize myself. I cried like a baby.

Taking action involves asking yourself, "Did I do my best today"?
An example in my health last week was doing great at fasted and weight training 5-6 times a week, but realizing I could do cardio after again to increase my results.
So, I started implementing this during this week again.
It is a process. We start off crawling, walking, jogging, and then running towards our goals.
Simply, because in theory you can't walk yet in creating the health results you want, don't quit. Too often, in our instant gratification society, we quit because we think what is the point.
The point is simple. You and I - we were born to achieve greatness. We were born to win.
Convince yourself that, and you are more than halfway there.
